Marketing
Overview
This leads you to an overview of all current (approved - not closed in BMD) actions and allows you to filter according to PN, Name, PO, Start/End Date, Marketing title, Key Words...
By clicking on a PN (project number) you are lead to the marketing specific project details.
Using the toolbox 
you can edit (you can see the whole project related information - but you can only edit marketing related information), show detailed information by clicking on the "i" icon or favourite the action.
Reports
You can create 4 different reports in Excel here.
- Marketing Report - Details for all current actions are given.
- CAUT Match Report - Details for required match for all current actions are shown.
- Annual Marketing Report - Details for all current actions for selected year are given (Marketing Report shows the current situation - Annual Marketing Report looks at a specific calendar year). Including beneficiary data.
- Beneficiary Report - Report on Beneficiaries reached by the action.
Chose the report, generate the report by clicking on the "Generate" button and open in Excel.
Project
Here you can access your favorites or get an Overview over all ongoing actions (From status SMT Application to Closed in BMD). A click on the Projekt Number will bring you to the detailed project information.
