When to create a PN

As a PN and the respective the MIS entries are needed to create a SMT application, the entry should be made as soon as project development starts.

How to create a PN in MIS?

A project number has to be created in BMD by the finance department. As soon as the PN is created you can access it in MIS.

Please note that the first time a PN is accessed it will not be shown in the overview - please access the PN by directly by opening any PN and entering the projekt number in the first field

Once the PN has been accessed it will be visible in the list of ongoing actions (Project > Pverview ONGOING > JOR933) and you can access it by clicking on the PN. Please proceed to fill in data.
